Grand Theft Auto 4 comes out April 29th, and it’s going to be massive. Viral marketing is everywhere, lawsuits will soon be flying, and everyone and their brother will (hopefully) be buying it.
Also coming out around the same time is the highly anticipated Iron Man movie. No relation? Think again, say some analysts. Apparently, Hollywood blamed Halo 3 for poor box office numbers last September, and that was for a game on one major system, while GTAIV is coming out for both the Xbox 360 & PS3.
Either you side with the millionaire turned hero/robot or join the obsessive video game fans, one thing is certain come May – the nerds win.
By the way, if you haven’t seen it yet, the new trailer for Iron Man looks amazing. I think Robert Downey Jr. might be my new personal hero.
